CREATIVE PROCESS

My creative process can follow many different paths, from the input taken from everyday life, sometimes by dreams, or even from an outside input, like the request by a customer to address and develop a particular theme. What remains constant in each one of my paintings and in my work is:
• The uniqueness, as each painting is one of a kind, even when the subject had already been covered;
• The search for the best colour balance, to give the feeling of lightness and vivacity, by applying up to 40 coats of paint to enhance the intensity;
• The styling: the tendency of taking ítems away, clearing up, to make the image simple and immediate.

I would like to add that we also create paintings on commission: a subject that has already been painted can be revived, by changing the colours and sizes but keeping in mind that each work is hand made you are guaranteed to have a unique piece of art.
